NITAI VISVAMBHAR

Caitanya Mahaprabhu is the embodiment of Krishna and Radha in one body, so that Krishna can experience the deep love and devotion Radha had for Him.

Nityananda was His closest associate and together They inaugurated a huge spiritual movement with the aim of spreading divine love throughout the Earth, chanting the name of the Lord as the easiest way to attain enlightenment. .

Like the sun and the moon, They embody ultimate compassion and infinite mercy.

Visvambhar is another name of Sri Caitanya which means "He who sustains the whole universe." »

Benefits: Helps us to experience the Divine and attain the grace of the Lord by chanting the Holy Names.

AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada

Between 1966 and 1977, Srila Prabhupada circled the earth 14 times, encouraging his disciples and meeting many personalities. Thus the continents could benefit from his teachings.

Despite this very busy schedule, he was a prolific writer and his books constitute a veritable library on the subjects of Vedic philosophy, religion and Vaisnava spiritual culture. His writings have been translated into over 50 languages.

In order to help Caitanya Mahaprabhu pour out the purest love to the entire Earth, Srila Prabhupada, like a transcendental gardener, cultivated the hearts of millions of human beings by planting the seed of devotion there.

Benefits: Helps the individual to develop love and faith in God. Gives him a special empowerment to enable him to reach the perfection of existence, even in this life.

Prahlad Nrisimhadeva

In the Puranas are described the different avatar of the Lord: the different forms in which He descends into this world, down through the ages, to perform particular activities. The Srimad Bhagavatam describes that during the first age the Lord appeared in His form of Sri Nrisimha.

His appearance was partly that of a man and partly that of a lion. He manifested in this form in order to save His devotee, the young 5-year-old Prahlad, whom his father, Hiranyakashipu, wanted to kill.

Although He may look fierce, Nrisimha is actually very attentive to His devotees. He comes to restore balance and destroy what is called “spiritual pride”.

giri govardhan

Giriraj is the emperor of all mountains. The gopis proclaim that he is haridasa-varia, the best servant of Sri Hari; whose worship was introduced by Sri Krishna Himself.

Giri Govardhana rested like a bee on Krishna's lotus hand for seven days. He expertly serves Krishna and His dear associates by providing them with fruits, roots and caves.

The temple holds a Govardhan if the (piece of the Govardhan hill) of 50 Kg in order to allow pilgrims to meet Giriraj in person and implore His blessings.

tulasi devi

One of Krishna's most intimate servants comes in a special form to bless us with extraordinary fortune.

Krishna devotees worship a small tree. But this is no ordinary tree. She is Tulasi Devi, Krishna's favorite plant.

Tulasi has delicate purple and green leaves, and a sweet, striking fragrance famous for attracting the spirits of yogis in the service of Krishna.

She is the embodiment of purity, chastity, unconditional love and devotion.

It takes the form of a plant for the benefit of all who perform devotional service to the Lord. In fact, Krishna does not accept any offering unless a Tulasi leaf is also offered.

Guru Parampara

The Guru Parampara is our spiritual lineage that goes all the way back to Krishna Himself over 5000 years ago.

This imperishable science of yoga has thus been received through the chain of disciplinary succession. It was shared from master to disciple, until today.

Krishna taught it to Brahma. Through the sound of His flute, He transmitted it directly into his heart. This is how the Vedas appeared in this world.

Through this lineage, the spiritual teachings of Krishna were unaltered and their authenticity preserved by realized souls.

bhaktisiddhanta sarasvati prabhupada

Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Prabhupada (1874–1936) was the spiritual teacher of AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada.

He was a highly respected teacher of Bhakti (devotional science) throughout the Indian continent. According to all historical accounts, he was extremely intelligent and excelled in mathematics, astronomy, Sanskrit and other languages.

The University of Calcutta offered him a prestigious post, but he declined so that he could devote his life to furthering the spiritual work of his father, Bhaktivinoda Thakura.

Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati met with several scholars and leaders and wrote over 108 books and pamphlets, striving to present Bhakti as a theistic science. He established 64 temples, known as Gaudiya Maths, inside and outside India.

He asked his disciple AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada to go to the West to teach Krishna consciousness. Srila AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada went to New York in 1965 and pursued his spiritual master's mission on a large scale.

gopesvar mahadev

Lord Shiva is reputed to be the best of all Vaisnavas, and is also well known as Ashutosh, being easily pleased and very merciful.

Being the protector of the spiritual world, it is only through his mercy that one can truly enter this mysterious universe of pure devotion.

Therefore, it is of utmost importance to offer our humble respects to Sri Gopesvar Mahadev and implore his mercy in order to progress on the path of Bhakti.

who are we ?

The Temple of RADHAKRIPA ROUEN is a center of RADHAKRIPA MISSION.

RADHAKRIPA MISSION is a spiritual community of the "GAUDIYA VAISNAVA" spiritual tradition and a assignment aiming to share the millennial wisdom of this spiritual lineage with love and gentleness, without fanaticism.

In France, RADHAKRIPA MISSION is recognized by the government as a " Vaisnava Hindu Congregation“, by decree of the Council of State, in the same way as all Christian and Buddhist monasteries.

The “GAUDIYA VAISNAVA” spiritual lineage goes back to the beginning of time and is based on the sacred texts of the Vedas which are the origin of all the wisdom of India. It conveys and teaches the voice of divine love and non-violence, harmony and peace (the PREMA YOGA).

It is open and accessible to all without any restrictions and simply requires sincerity of heart.

Transmitted by the greatest sages of humanity, it is a very powerful path for spiritual progress, but at the same time very joyful and inspiring.

We invite you all to come and have a sweet and magical experience...

radha madan mohan

Radha and Krishna represent the loving relationship between the devotee and God, which is the essence of the path of devotion. The presence of this Divine Couple reminds us all to deepen and develop our own unique relationship with the Supreme Person.

Madana Mohana is a name of Krishna which means 'He whose beauty fascinates even Cupid'.

Krishna is manifested here in the company of His spiritual energy called 'Radha'. She is the source of all the spiritual energies of the Lord, and as His energy She is no different from Him.

Together, they form the Divine Couple. Krishna is the origin of rasa; The master of relationships, and Radha is the embodiment of Prema; the purest love. Their exchanges of love are like an infinite ocean in which They entertain themselves for eternity.
